New Urban Paradigm, established in 2017, has its roots in the passionate teachings of its Founder Adisa Ababa. Since the late 1990's, Ms. Ababa has served as a committed early childhood administrator, social worker, teacher, and advocate for young children. Much of her long standing career has been working to improve the quality of care that young children need and deserve.
